We are that provider. From preparing for your child's first day, to ensuring fussy eaters find food they love, you will feel supported every step of the way.
At Tigers, children are supported in their social and emotional growth every step of the way. The foundations for language, literacy and numeracy are embedded into programs that support children to develop the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. We have a team of early childhood experts who develop and guide a curriculum based on the latest research. We also work closely with Better Start who support our teams across the country, mentoring and supporting each centre and team member to develop their practice and expertise in early childhood.
“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play IS serious learning. Play is really the work of Childhood” - Fred Rogers
At each centre, play-based experiences support learning where children become communicators, collaborators, and friends. They learn to move in big and small ways, and they become problem solvers and thinkers. We focus on the individual child and their unique approach to learning through open-ended resources and play-based experiences.
When a child is using open-ended resources, they are free to use their creativity and imagination. There is no right or wrong way, and no set end point to the play. Open-ended resources inspire curiosity and support discovery – the building blocks for successful lifelong learning.
Children learning looks just like children at play, and that’s where amazing things happen!
